A unified LP hub for the Sui network — aggregating major DEXs so liquidity providers can deposit, track, and rebalance their portfolios from a single interface.
LP Pro is a unified web application designed for liquidity providers on the Sui network. Before this project, users had to manage their assets across several different platforms, which was often confusing and inefficient. My goal was to design a single interface that aggregates every major Sui DEX, allowing users to deposit, track, and rebalance their portfolios in one place.
The Sui ecosystem has many decentralized exchanges offering similar services, which created several issues for users:
Users had to jump between different front-ends, each with unique layouts and wallet flows.
Most providers lacked real-time insights into Impermanent Loss, fee earnings, and APR shifts — leading to poor capital management.
Current tools often provide a "single action and leave" experience, limiting the discovery of higher-margin opportunities.
To solve these issues, we started by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining who we were designing for.
We identified gaps in existing tools like DefiLlama, which offers only read-only dashboards, and AlphaFi, which is limited to its own vaults. We wanted to bridge the gap between "seeing" data and "executing" actions.
We focused on three main types of users to ensure the design met diverse needs:
Needs rapid swaps and very granular PnL data.
Values automated tools like email alerts and auto-compounding.
Requires advanced features like multi-sig support and risk dashboards.
We created a central interface that aggregates leading DEXs like Cetus and Bluefin. This eliminates the cost of switching between sites and saves significant time.
Instead of "blind" investing, users now have access to a real-time PnL dashboard with live views of fees earned, net yield, historical ROI, and fee accrual charts.
To maximize capital efficiency, we introduced Smart Actions:
Easily move liquidity between different pools without manual steps.
Automatically split or join pools without multiple manual steps.
Strategy templates that allow for a "set-and-forget" approach.
The project is currently moving toward its public launch, with clear metrics set for the first six months.
TVL target — routing a significant portion of liquidity through the unified interface.
Annualized action fee revenue target for the first six months post-launch.
Gamified XP, badges, and strategy tips designed to increase session lengths and keep users engaged.
